The aphorism "Man, know thyself" marks the beginning of the liberating path. For he who knows themselves is “enlightened.” To achieve this, human beings must turn away from their past and turn towards the Soul.

Feelings of resistance will continue to play a part in their lives for a long time, but those who know their inner light and follow it will be ready to connect and dedicate themselves to a group to which they will now belong, to a community of new Souls. From this they will grow in radiance with anew soul which will show them the way, and give them the ability to know themselves better, by seeing and conquering the resistances in life.
