A genuine insight into the human psyche and the role of our ego can ignite in our hearts a longing for the fullness of life and spirituality, which comes from our liberation from the emptiness of a self-centred existence.

There is a spark of Light in the centre of our being which holds an infinite potential, and which gives new meaning to all aspects of the human system, the world around us, and the interactions between them.

In this contemplation, we try to understand the role our familiar ego-consciousness plays, and how we can become open to the Spirit-spark of the Light hidden in our hearts and the profound transformation of our entire state of being.
