Prison of the ego - Freedom of the Soul | Americas, Africa, Europe

We often feel imprisoned in behavioural patterns in which we project our perceived problems onto others, causing disharmony and negative life situations. So how can we break free? Although we can gain self-awareness from these life experiences, our reactions can entrap us into an egocentric prison we can’t break free from. We become prisoners to our own egos.

So how can we break free?

Firstly, we must set aside Selfishness and Egocentricity and the Suffering that results from them. “No man is an island.” We are all interconnected and everything we do affects the world around us and those we encounter.

We need to see the unity of all and everything through the eyes of a new Soul. We need a change of consciousness, of living from a new Soul-basis.
