Health and Spirituality - Healing

The aim of this book is to offer a new perspective and new possible answers to three fundamental questions: What are illnesses and what are their origins? What is true healing, and where does it come from? How should we react, and what can we learn from all this as students in a spiritual school?
The theme of “health and healing” is dealt with here in the light of the universal teaching, linking it to the dimension of spirituality and the search for the meaning of our existence. We hope that readers will realize that beyond the boundaries of the self lies the inner world of the soul. In this way, they will be able to take advantage of this opportunity, realizing our sincere wishes expressed in the words: “May one day, in the strength of the spirit spark, all human beings be able to celebrate the joy of this wonderful discovery: the discovery of themselves!”
