Fear is part of our basic underlying emotional suffering. How does it arise and why is there so much of it in life? Isn't a certain amount of fear a healthy form of self-protection?

Psychological fear - a discomfort, anxiety or phobia - has nothing to do with fear in the face of real and immediate danger. Psychological fear is always about something that might happen. You are in the here-and-now, while your mind is in the future. This discontinuity is fraught with anxiety.

It is smart to leave our personal narrative, the one created by our identity and self-importance, so that a space can form for a state of being that is beyond the existential causes of anxiety and fear. Thus detached from external values, we become a human being open to inspiration and can breathe in a spiritual reality.

How do we disidentify ourselves from our mind? Where can we find the deeper and truer meaning of our reality?

These are some of the questions that we will explore with you during our next meeting.

The three weekly online explorations form a way inward and outward, from perspective to insight. All explorations can be followed separately and no prior knowledge is needed. Your hosts are pupils of the Golden Rosycross.

We use Zoom video conferencing software to create a dynamic heart-to-heart interaction with you. Our explorations don't require any prior knowledge.

We don't record the open exchanges during these explorations, and you're always in control of your microphone and camera.
